2. Robin van Persie (2011/12)
The Dutchman produced a superb curling effort back in 2011/12 against Spurs that many still talk about to this day. After a poor clearance by Benoît Assou-Ekotto, the ball found its way to Van Persie, who turned around a Spurs midfielder before curling an unstoppable shot past Brad Friedel in goal.
Arsenal would go on to win the game 5-2 after being down 2-0 early.

<p>After dispossessing Danny Rose on the halfway line, Rosicky drove into the Spurs penalty area and produced a delightful little chip over Lloris and into the net. The goal put Arsenal up 2-0 and effectively ended the cup tie.</p>

<p>Alexandre Lacazette was often much-maligned at Arsenal, but his goal against Spurs back in 2019 kickstarted a Gunners comeback at the Emirates.</p>

<p>Tottenham played around with the ball, which allowed Cesc Fabregas to nip it away. He drove past one challenge, then another, and suddenly he was through on goal. The Arsenal skipper coolly slotted home to send the crowd into raptures and give Arsenal a 2-0 in seconds.</p><!—pageview_candidate—></p>">
